When I started the job I envisioned an ideal place where pupils and teachers jointly enjoy the creative learning experience unfolding in the classroom. I envisioned teachers utilizing a wide array of pedagogic tools resting on diverse teaching methods and strategies, alongside pupils growing - scholastically, socially and in self esteem. This, with each pupil accorded the personal attention allowing him or her to develop at their own pace, in accord with their individual interests and abilities.
